By commissioning me, you are confirming that you have read my terms of service. Violating any of my terms will come with consequences, such as termination of your commission, public blacklisting, and possibly even a public beware.

.★.PAYMENT.★.

Payment is USD through PayPal or CashApp only. Please specify beforehand which payment app you are wanting to use.Once you have decided on what you're commissioning me, please send me:★ Commission type

★ (Optional) what expression you want / any specifics you want me to include in your piece

.★.Deadlines and Updates.★.

I DO NOT do deadlines. It is far too stressful, and I have a life outside of the internet and art, and I am still in school.You may request updates on your commission, but please do not be too pushy about it. What I send depends on what type of commission I'm taking, but expect plenty of updates.If you request too many changes, I reserve the right to ask for extra payment. Don't worry about asking for a few things to be fixed, but if it is large like completely starting over, or asking for changes once line work has been completed, I will ask for compensation for my time. Once your piece has been completed and approved by you, you CAN NOT ask for any changes. So please check everything before confirming that everything is right.

.★.Refunds.★.

Refunds are only given if I haven't started work on your commission, or I am the one offering it to you for whatever reason.Chargebacks will be taken seriously. I will show evidence that you have agreed to my Terms of Service and show our conversations to a PayPal representative. You will be publicly black listed, and depending on the severity of the situation, a public beware will be posted.

.★.Use of Work.★.

You may not use your commission commercially, without first contacting me. We can work out an amount you must pay to have commercial rights to my work.Doing so without contacting me and paying me first will result in consequences, and possibly even legal intervention.If posting my art work, please give proper credit. You may use it as a profile picture, background, etc.I reserve the right to use commissioned work as I please, such as posting it online. Proper credit will be given

.★.My Designs.★.

I am very lenient when it comes to my designs★ Please do not sell for more than what you bought the design for without adding to their worth
★ Once the design is yours, you can do whatever you'd like with them in terms of changing their design. You can change their species, make changes to the design, etc.! I truly do not mind, just try to keep some sort of resemblance to my original design
