★ (Optional) what expression you want / any specifics you want me to include in your piece★ Please make sure you have a reference sheet, or a clear drawing showing your characters markings. I might not be able to work off of certain images if the pose is complex, there's shading, etc so please just keep this in mind.
★ If you need a piece by a specific date and it is requested with very little time to complete it (a week or less), I will charge a rush fee (+30% of commission price). If there is ample time between the commission and the deadline (a month or more), there is no fee.★ You may request updates on your commission, but don't overdo it. My progress updates usually go as; rough sketch > clean sketch > linework > coloring > final product. Expect progress updates in that order.★ If you request too many changes (excluding changes to both the rough sketch and clean sketch), you will be asked for extra payment to compensate both time and effort. Once your piece has been completed and approved by you, you CAN NOT ask for any changes. So please check everything during the sketching phases before confirming that everything is right.
★ Refunds are only given if I haven't started work on your commission, or I am the one offering it to you for whatever reason.★ Chargebacks will be taken seriously. You will be publicly blacklisted and I will seek legal action.★ We can talk about possibly selling your commission slot to someone else if work has not been started on my end.
★ You do not have commercial rights to my work. Using my artwork for profit such as merch will result in legal action. Reach out beforehand to discuss commercial rights, licensing fees, and possible artist royalties.★ If posting my art work, please give proper credit. You may use commissioned / otherwise obtained art as a profile picture, background etc. You may also reupload said works with proper credit. Do not remove or hide my signature. You may not use my art that is not yours, that was not commissioned / otherwise obtained, as a profile picture, background etc. or reupload it.★ I reserve the right to post commissioned work. If the commission is intended as a gift to be given at a later date, I will post the piece once that date has passed as to not potentially spoil the surprise. If needed, I can credit the character(s) to "anonymous". You will be given proper credit for the character(s) otherwise.★ You do not have permission to make edits to my drawings, whether it was commissioned, gifted, came with your character, etc. Adding markings, alternating colors, etc. on my original drawings is not allowed.THIS EXCLUDES ADOPTS / MY DESIGNS. ★ You have full personal and commercial rights to my design(s) if you are the owner of said design(s).You may★ Edit the design in any way you want.
